Lung Cheong is a thriving Group which as been established in the toy industry for more 40 years.  Its products are exported to different countries and regions.  It is a world leading toymaker as well as a vibrant pioneer in producing innovative products.  Headquartered in Hong Kong, The group owns and operates 3 factories in Dongguan, China.  Totally 82,668 square meters, equipped with 50 production lines.

Lung Cheong recognizes the importance of advanced technology to its growth. With the strategic acquisition of Standard Tooling and Products Co. Limited (STP), the Group successfully established itself as an all-round, one-stop toymaker and solution provider.  Since then, all production processes, from product design, development, engineering, to mould making are all conducted in-house.

Technology

The rapid development of technology has opened the door to more innovation non-toy products.  In 1994, Lung Cheong Technology Limited (Lung Cheong Tech) was founded to support the corporate expansion into the advanced technological fields.  Since the millennium, the Group has launched a series of high-tech products, such as hobby grade controllers, digital cameras, baby monitors and Bluetooth earphones.

Advanced equipment and facilities are utilized to reduce cost, increase production efficiency and tailor to customers’ production needs.  With vertically integrated production processes, ranging from the design and making of a screw to the assembly and delivery of products are handled with complete care.  Apart from economies of scale, the Group has effective control over production quality and lead-time.  Quality is always Lung Cheong’s utmost priority.  Products must pass through rigorous quality checks and meet international standards before they can be delivered to customers.  Additionally, the Group has obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificates.
