Physical Lab

Lung Cheong’s physical lab was founded in 1996 according to the requirement of ISO/IEC 17025 standards. We are equipped to conduct safety & reliability physical/mechanical testing, function testing, abuse testing, environment testing, electronic product testing, flammability testing, package testing and many more. We also commit to update our process and knowledge constantly to ensure our products satisfy the ever-changing requirements of our governing bodies.

Chemical Lab

Nowadays, there are increasing concerns about environment and human health, many countries and areas are setting more and more green legislations. To ensure Lung Cheong products could comply with the safety requirement and ensure our competition, our in house Chemical LAB was founded in 2010. Our in house lab has the ability to conduct chemical performance testing, toxic elements testing, phthalate esters content etc, according to standards such as CPSIA, (HR4040), ATSM F963, EN71. Lung Cheong’s Chemical lab was also recently certificate by CNAS.

Meanwhile, the ICTI CARE Process is used as a benchmarking tool. All manufacturing process has achieved and maintained the ICTI Confirmation Seal.
