Lung Cheong has its own R&D, Prototype work shop and Tooling Mold Shop. During the entire engineering and development process our specialized staff with work together with the customer to optimize the target product and production chain.

R&D Engineering
Our dedicated technical staff communicates with customers to match their needs with requirements. Then R&D engineers will analysis the function and specification of the product. Lung Cheong can also provides customer with completed 3D drawing.

Prototyping
Time to market is essential. Lung Cheong has its own prototype workshop with CNC machines and spray booths to produce quick-turn prototypes. For those special outlooks, Lung Cheong can also provide clay model for customer approval.

Tooling Manufacturing
Utilizing the latest CAD/CAM techniques, molds are designed and manufactured to very demanding specifications.

Sampling and Debug
After tooling is completed, first samples are produced. Tool or process adjustments are determined.

Meeting International Safety Standard
In house CMA and CNAS certified Physical and Chemical Lab, can test to fulfill both International and China standards quickly and accurately.

Product Manufacturing
We are highly capable of producing runs from thousands to several million. Stages like plastic injection, PCB SMT, bonding, product assembly and packaging assembly. With our global presence, production can be handled close to the customer.
